Vicky choosing to show solidarity with this year's homeless by sleeping rough in a cardboard box (on a nice warm thick and soft blanket in my centrally-heated office)
This is such an eerie place at night when it rains. You can hear water trickling through cracks in the roof that simply shouldn't be there, and almost hear the iron jacks holding it up rusting. I shop here often, but only because I like living dangerously, and enjoy the thrill of making it out alive.
Cool bracing sea air (the sort that makes you want hot chocolate) blows sand around making a sound like sugar being poured from a paper packet. The grockles don't see this side of Boscombe much. Sure would be up even without our surf-reef. What a brilliant place this is.
Wide-screen is fabulous for 1-vdu programming, but I have found my eyes getting very tired and suspect it was just the brilliance set too high (on max). Turned that down now. We shall see.
Sometimes you find a company with good customer focus and a professional "let's do the job right" attitude. I am happy to recommend CartridgeSave.co.uk as a perfect example of this.
This sweet little bundle of fluff is Annie. Her fur is so light and soft it's hard to tell when your hand actually starts to touch her. Her eyes really are that blue.
